Marratxi
Marratxi is a suburb northeast of the capital Palma. Actually there is not the place. Marratxi consists of several suburban communities. Due to its close connections to Palma where the villas and residential areas grew like mushrooms. Within 30 years the population has risen by 7740 to over 31,000.Marratxi is known for its pottery manufacturing and dried peppers.
The town is populated touristy little. Once a year thousands of visitors to visit the pottery trade.
